Help With Paypal

I'm not really sure if this belongs in this section... but...

Does anybody know about how to create a PayPal account if your under 18? I've heard that if you use a Canadian account, you don't have to get it verified or link it to your Credit Card/Bank account. I've been wanting to create one for awhile now, and I just want to know how to do it the right way! Anyone have any ideas?

Lol im 16 ive got UK account? i just signed up and clicked premier account and then wen it got to the section of add ure card, i just clicked go to my account and it worked? it wrks fine unvertified, because ive got £25.27 in my balance from doing surveys?

I made one, but in order to do anything, you have to connect it with a credit card or bank account. I don't have a credit card, and I don't know any info about my bank account! I'll just get my Dad to make one for me! geek
